What is this?

An acclerator / training program that combines an on-demand online course, instructor-led Q&As, a Slack community, and many resources designed to help agencies and B2B service companies go from reactive to proactive by mastering targeted outbound prospecting. 






How long does it run? Can I jump in at anytime? 

The program runs six months from sign-up. 

The entire program is on-demand, and catered to students starting at varying phases of the learning, so and you can jump in anytime, though we do keep enrollment limited to certain capacities. 
 

How much time will this take? 

Here is the working cadence we recommend if you're serious about growth:

-Online course (upfront):
~4-5 hours total

-Weekly campaign management:
1-2 hours/week (after 3-4 weeks, can reduce to 30 min/wk as you delegate to VAs)

-Optional group Q&As every two weeks (1 hour)
So you can get all of your questions answered and workshop your campaigns.

I'm new to sales - will this work for me?

Yes - the course starts with a basic understanding of prospecting tools and best practices, and ramps up from there. Don't worry, you will get consistent support through the Q&As and Slack channel. 





I'm a veteran when it comes to sales - will this be a fit? 

Yes - most outbound practices are built around either going in cold or using personalization tactics that rarely work. Sales 'black belts' will get the most value from the copy examples and data mining practices we cover in the course and Q&A's. 







Is this just focused on prospecting? Will you help me with live sales interactions, proposals, etc?

The online outreach course is focused on effective prospecting so you can launch campaigns quickly and line up conversations with prospects. After all, if you don't fuel the top of the funnel, it's hard to get enough data to fix up the bottom of the funnel. 

That said, the group Q&A and Slack channel focuses on all aspects of the sales process, and in the next 12 months, we plan to release new courses and modules on later-stage sales interactions. 







We tried outreach in the past and it didn't work - what makes this different?

In our experience, outreach campaigns typically fail for at least one of two reasons: 

1. You hit a snag, the campaigns fall off track, and you get busy and forget about them. 

2. You go in cold and try to sell to skeptical prospects, which rarely works. 

In this program, you will get the systems, resources, and outreach copy to A. maintain consistency through processes and automation, and B. de-risk conversations (instead of selling) by focusing on prospects and verticals where you have an unfair advantage.  






I'm going after a weird niche - will this be a fit? 

Our clients' niches are usually 'weird' - that's what makes them profitable!

That said, the outreach strategies will be a fit if you are pursuing significant lifetime values (ie. roughly $20k-$10M) and you're prospecting into a "white collar" decision maker or department - for example, if you sell to mom and pop pizza restaurants, the lessons will be less applicable for many reasons. 

Keep in mind that if we haven't already, we will have a consultation to ensure fit.






What additional resources or investments, if any, will I need to make to implement this?

The online course will recommend a few off-the-shelf software products, all totaling as low as ~$200 per month. That said, the program is software-agnostic, and most of the time, you will be able to translate the learning to your preferred products. We do NOT recommend switching platforms if it isn't absolutely necessary.   






Can I take the online course at my own pace? How long will I have access to the materials?


Yes - it's an on-demand online course and you're welcome to take it at your own pace. You will have access to the course materials for the term of the program. 






When does the group Q&A meet? What happens if I can't attend a particular session?

When you sign up we will loop you into a recurring Zoom invite that will be a fit for continental US and Canada time zones. Don't worry, the sessions will be recorded and provided if you can't attend.  






I'm not an agency - will this still be a fit for me?


If you're here, then probably. 

While our most-represented vertical is marketing and advertising, the program is ideal for B2B service companies (and complex B2B products) with significant client lifetime values ie. (at least $20k per year). If that's you, you're in the right place, and if you're not sure, we will ensure fit before we get started.


We are careful about our brand and messaging - will your tactics be a fit?

Absolutely. The strategies you will learn were developed over the course of running campaigns for over 100 agencies and B2B service companies since 2014 who shared similar concerns. You will learn how to conduct effective and tasteful targeted outreach by: 

  • Doing small batch list-building.
  • Identifying and contacting those with whom you share compelling commonalities.
  • Crafting copy that de-risks conversations instead of selling anything right away. 

With this approach the goal will be to land at least five relevant prospect appointments weekly, all without spamming anyone. 






How can I invite others from my team?


Yes, for now we price this program on a per-account basis, and you may invite up to four stakeholders from your team. If you would like to invite more, please let us know and we may create a custom plan.






What happens after the initial term? 

We will reach out and ask if you would like to renew for another term and let you know about our plans and additions for the next enrollment period. You will NOT be auto-billed after the initial term.
